Diddy Kong Pilot: Diddy Kong Pilot - 2001 Proto Proper GBA conversion

For some reason, the 2001 No-Intro prototype release of "Diddy Kong Pilot" (which later, in 2005, was changed to "Banjo-Pilot") is only a rename of the original ELF file to GBA extension, causing this game to not load and even crash on some emulators, and even maybe on real systems, making it unplayable.

This patch makes this 2001 prototype playable on most emulators that don't support or have poor support for ELF files, and also on real hardware, by doing a proper conversion from the development ELF to a vanilla GBA image, also fixing the checksum in the converted image to be able to boot.

Apply this patch to the No-Intro release of "Diddy Kong Pilot" (2001 Prototype).
