Mega Man Battle Network 4 Red Sun: MMBN4 bug fix

A simple patch for both US releases of Blue Moon and Red Sun. It fixes a few glitches and typos in Battle Network 4, such as the various Navi chip freezes and the WoodMan scenario glitch. Check the changelog for the full list of changes.

v1.0 - Initial release.
- Added Duo, PrixPowr & Z-Saber chips to number trader.
- Gave Duo & PrixPowr permanent chip images, icons and descriptions.
- Changed "Z-Saver" chip name to "Z-Saber" and changed "Repliroid" to "Reploid" in it's
description.
- Fixed capital "F" which showed a discolored square. (Check provided screenshots)
- Changed "Leg's" to "Let's".
- "record" is now capitalized to "Record" in MegaMan Menu.
- Added Prof.9's WoodMan scenario freeze bugfix.
- Battle chips that would normally freeze in older emulators should all work now.

- Polished up a few chip descriptions. (RedSun, BlueMoon, WoodMnDS)
- Changed "CannBall" chip name to "BallMode".
- Non-Free Tourney Navi names expanded.
- It is now possible to have a panic music-free save. (through the use of cheats)
