This is one of these hacks that give SMB1 a Atari 2600 look, but uses Atari characters instead of Mario characters. Mario is replaced by Indiana Jones (while small) and by Pitfall Harry (while big or while having fire power). Toad is Mario from Mario Bros. and Peach is E.T. the Extraterrestrial.
