Battletoads: Battletoads (USA) - CO-OP Mod for Famicom

Battletoads US only allows player 2 to join if player 2 pushes start during Continue (when dead), at the beginning (to do solo as player 2), or during a cutscene to join Player 1.

Vice versa, Player 1 can join player 2's solo game or "continue" if dead, but it was never an issue for player 1 since player 1 has a start button.

This hack changes all "Start" button requirements on player 2 to the "A" button on player 2 instead, thus making the US battletoads playable on a Famicom in co-op.

Player 1's "start" requirements have been changed to "A" as well, for consistency.

The text has been modified as well, to ask for an "A" button push to play the game or continue if dead, just to avoid confusion.

"Start" now only serves to skip cutscenes or pause the game.
