Crystalis: Crystalis - Sky Tower Exit

This is the beta release of a project that was brought about by this http://www.romhacking.net/forum/index.php?topic=27197.0 on the forums, suggesting making it possible to exit the Sky Tower and continue exploring the world once claiming Crystalis. This patch is fully functional from a programming standpoint, but has unpolished graphics associated with behavior that was not intended by the developers.

The author no longer has the time or experience to work on this project, and as such, the graphics will remain in their current state unless picked up by another romhacker. It is the author's hope that someone gives this project the proper finish it deserves some day.
