This is a simple port of the Helmetless mode easter egg from Rockman 5 Complete Works to Mega Man 5.
This is a simple hack that ports the Helmetless sprites from Rockman 5 Complete Works to Mega Man 5.
Apply the patch to an unmodified "Mega Man 5 (USA).nes" rom.
This hack only uses the sprites from Rockman 5 Complete works, so cutscene art, stage select portraits, and such will still show Mega Man with his helmet on.
Thanks to Random Talking Bush from TSR for ripping the PSX sprites, and to Kapus & Lily for all the Mega Man Marathon races.
