Minna no Taabou no Nakayoshi Daisakusen: Minna no Taabou no Nakayoshi Daisakusen - Rev0 Reset Fix

Minna no Taabou no Nakayoshi Daisakusen is a Japanese exclusive game mainly known for its reliance on initial RAM values when booting. However, it turns out that this is a result of a bug in the reset handler which was fixed in a later revision. This hack fixes said bug to ensure that the early revision of the game will properly boot, regardless of what values the emulator or console initialises the RAM contents with.
The cause of the bug is described in the readme file for those interested. The author has not tested this patch with any translation patches, so there is no guarantee that it will be compatible with them.

Minna no Taabou no Nakayoshi Daisakusen - Reset Fix

This game enables NMIs in the reset handler while waiting for the PPU, causing the NMI handler to kick in before RAM is initialised.
The NMI handler expects $10 & $11 to contain values > 0 (possibly some kind of NMI ready flag?) and will hang the game if the emulator initialises it with $00.
The fix is to disable NMIs before the PPU wait delay loops and re-enable them afterwards (the game already does the latter).
