Mod 1-player game to support 2-players game simultaneously.
Changes from 1.5a to 1.6:
+ players walk speed reverted back to original (this also fixes possible freezing on level4).
+ fixed bug with player2 brass knuckles dependent on player1.
+ fixed bug with player2 giant vertical hurtbox in jump attack.
+ some optimizations to reduce lags/status bar shaking.
+ in two players mode - what enemy drops now depends on both players, not only player1 (now enemies will not drop machinegun only if both players have it).
Changes from 1.4 to 1.5a:
+ some bugs fixed.
+ select between 1 player or 2 player game.
+ improved sprites showing on hardware (now blinking instead of disappering).
+ players walk speed same as in '1.4+speed' version.
