The framerule was changed from 21 frames to 1 frame, instant acceleration to 0x7F speed, various delays cut out or speed values increased, nearly instant level clear.
It's about as fast as acmlm could make it go, and was meant mostly for a silly TAS, but turns out to be actually beatable too!
Superfast scrolling sometimes causes slight graphical corruption, but it doesn't affect gameplay (mostly).
