Quest 64 (or Holy Magic Century, Eltale Monsters): Quest64 "French Vanilla"

Quest 64 "French Vanilla" is a quality-of-life overhaul for Quest 64, that came out of game improvements as part of the Quest 64 Randomizer project "MERROW".
Players requested a QoL ruleset separate (but compatible with) the randomizer ruleset. This patch contains only those QoL options.

NEW CHANGES IN V48:
- Encounter rate reduced.
- Menu now displays combat EXP remaining rather than a percentage.

PREVIOUS:
- Spell damage substantially rebalanced (to make all elements viable).
- Enemy drop limit disabled (enemies will drop items even if you have one).
- Boss spell passive invalidity disabled (in vanilla, some boss spells passively removed buffs, making them functionally useless).
- All spells' accuracy normalized to 100 (the base game has a flat accuracy check and an Agility vs. Agility check. This functionally removes that first check, but spells can still miss enemies).
- Wings enabled indoors and in dungeons.
- Starting stats slightly improved (50HP/15MP/5Def/5Agi).
- Staff hit MP regain doubled (making Staff-only strats more viable).
- Fast Shamwood (leaving Shamwood will place you back at the Baragoon Ruins exit).
- Dew Drop made useful (now restores 20HP as well as 10MP).
- Hidden spirits moved to clearer locations (three spirits were not visible, now they are).
- Message speed set to maximum by default.
- HUD remains onscreen at all times instead of sliding in and out.
- Minor text improvements added for unclear UI (like 'Continue Save').

PSA: You can use the same Controller Pak save file across multiple different rando patches.
Only inventory, stats, defeated bosses, and collected chests/spirits will be retained.
Save states override all settings and cannot be used for testing randomization across different patches.
