This patch addresses that.
How to Use:
Apply the 999_US_faster_text_1.0.ppf patch using a PPF patch utility
(such as PPF-O-Matic http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/356/).

You are not allowed to redistribute the patched ROM or bundle the patch

Apply to the USA NDS ROM.
