Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin: Sub Minimod

Portrait of Ruin has many imbalances in its mechanics and systems. One of the standout examples is how easily the shuriken and darts trivialize most of the game, especially when mastered. This minimod aims at fixing that.

This was only tested for the American release, and other releases are not supported.

Portrait of Ruin, while being a good game, is infamous for its imbalance in systems and
mechanics. One of the glaring examples were the dart and shurikens being too good at
master level, especially the shuriken. This minimod was created in an attempt to fix this
by making the darts require as much accuracy on master as unmastered, while the shurikens
only throw two projectiles regardless of mastery.

Granted, there's a lot more that could be fixed in PoR, but those come a lot later, since
they require more effort. Regardless, feedback and suggestions on my mod would be
appreciated.

Instructions:

Use Lunas IPS or a similar program to patch it onto your ROM.

Warning:

This patch was only tested on the American release of PoR. Other versions are not
supported.
