Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom: Phantasy Star III Double Walk Speed

A patch to double the walking speed of your party in Phantasy Star III, thus bringing it in line with Phantasy Star IV (And basically any 2D JRPG released in the last 25 to 30 years.). Given that the game has lots of walking from place to place with a dash of backtracking, and not a lot of ways to circumvent that for anywhere between 60 and 80% of the game depending on the path you take, the increased walking speed makes the game much less tedious in the author's opinion!

This patch doubles your characters' walking speed in Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom. It also adjusts several cutscenes to compensate for the increased speed, most notably the wedding/kidnapping cutscene at the start of the game. Witness Rhys, deliriously in love with his amnesiac bride-to-be, sprinting off to the wrong room, then having to repeatedly wait for the much slower Maia to catch up, before finally getting fed up and having a chat with his best-man guard just prior to the festivities.

Other cutscenes were more subtly adjusted. The most noteworthy is when Nial meets Ryan in Generation Two; he ends up in the correct place.

No other changes to the game are made.

Known issues: When entering and exiting shuttles, such as to go to and from Dahlia, the characters walk several spaces "past" the spaceship before taking off. Everything still works fine, however.
