Final Fantasy III: Narshe's Door

The secret cave door in Narshe can be opened from the outside. If you do this in the World of Ruin, then open the main menu and then return, the door will reclose itself and you cannot reopen it unless you leave and come back. It does not reclose itself in the World of Balance. This patch makes the door stay open in both worlds.

SNES patches work on ROM v1.0 or v1.1.

URGENCY:
Low to medium.

PURPOSE:
There's a secret door in the cave wall left of the entrance to Narshe, which bears significance to the plot near the beginning of the game. Later on, you can open the door from the outside. If you go into the main menu and then back out, the door will remain open, unless you're in the World of Ruin version of Narshe, in which case it will reclose itself and you can't open it again unless you leave and reenter Narshe. This patch makes the door stay open.
