Final Fantasy III: Shadow Copy

If you face Shadow in the Colosseum and select Gogo as the opponent, Gogo may potentially Mimic Shadow's commands. Even though Shadow is technically a character, he's acting as Gogo's enemy in this battle, and Mimic is not supposed to work on commands used by enemies. This patch makes Mimic ignore commands used by characters in the enemy formation.

SNES patches work on ROM v1.0 or v1.1.

URGENCY:
Low.

PURPOSE:
If Gogo faces Shadow in the Colosseum, and he uses his Mimic command, he'll Mimic the last command that was executed, even if it was done by Shadow. This shouldn't happen because Shadow, despite being a "party member", is actually an enemy in this case. This patch stops Mimic from copying commands executed by party members acting as enemies.
