Final Fantasy III: Solar Wind

Quasar's animation is slightly glitchy. If you cast it, and then you cast either W Wind or the Blitz Spiraler, the tornado that appears won't look like a tornado. Instead, it will look like a weird, wavy, stripy, gelatinous, blocky tentacle. This patch fixes Quasar's animation so it doesn't mess up any tornadoes.

PURPOSE:
The animation of the Lore known as Quasar has a glitch. The spell W Wind and the Spiraler Blitz feature a tornado in their animations, unless Quasar is cast first, in which case those tornadoes end up looking like big wavy stripes instead. This patch fixes the Quasar animation so it does not affect the tornadoes.
