This patch moves the maximum echo buffer to another location ($15/$14FF to $00/$FFFF).
This patch is meant for Super Metroid music hackers.
This patch can fix the "glitchy samples" bug that occurs when using higher echo delays.
Even though it is only one file, it works with both the NTSC (Japan, USA) and PAL (Europe) versions of the game.
