Final Fantasy III: Zozo Sign Petty Fix

The Cafe sign in Zozo battle background has five pixels that have palette color #00. Since this color is the transparent color, when triggering an animation that require a flash, those pixels will remain black.

The graphic bug is fixed by setting those five pixels to color #08 of the palette (#000000).

Bug Description
